Do you believe in coincidence? Good odds? Fairy tales? Well you don't, most probably, but here we are about to witness Dhian and Raka’s special day. But how did it happen? How did it start?
Long story short Dhian and Raka first met each other at a dental clinic three years ago. He walked in when she was on duty; it was a scaling job. Without further intention or whatsoever.
Days went by, months, years, they somehow always found a way to catch up on each other's life; even though it was brief and casual. But then strange feelings towards each other grew exponentially. And love was a foreign object for them in the first place; at least that's what they thought.
Fast forward to March 2021, Raka replied to Dhian's Whatsapp story and ended up having another conversation updating each other's wellbeing. That moment, still, they neither realised nor expected things would go beyond. Then Raka came up with a plan to do a routine check up for his teeth after work that day.
Teeth check up went smooth, Dhian did it well. Raka, out of the blue, asked Dhian if she has another appointment. “Nope, you are the last." she said. Mustered his courage, Raka asked, “Let's have something to eat.” Dhian was busy writing his medical record when he popped the question. Stunned, and seemed like she didn't have any more relevant answer other than "Sure." not knowing whether it's a good decision; or the worst.
It was a surreal dinner. Unplanned.
There were plenty of topics discussed during the dinner, and just like that the biased feeling was clarified. It was surreal to meet someone so identical to you; opinions, thoughts, passions, you name it and the list goes on.
They wondered and gazed at each other with thoughts in their heads saying “Where have you been?”
And that's pretty much it. This is not the end, this is the beginning of their story.
P.S: Dhian and Raka, they drill...

We do sincerely hope to celebrate the wedding in-person with everyone.
Unfortunately, due to this recent pandemic situation, the health and safety of our loved ones becomes our uppermost concern.
Therefore, we are taking health precautions very carefully and we have made a difficult decision to keep the wedding ceremony private with our closest of kin.
